WE SHIP WORDWIDE

We ship globally to nearly every country around the world! Our main customers are in the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Canada, etc.  We used the most reliable couriers to ensure your deliveries are handled with great care.

If it cannot be shipped to your country due to some special reasons (such as the war or legal reasons), we will contact you in advance and refund the funds in full. 

WE SHIP FAST

Normally, we will ship your order within two working days. We will post a notice on the homepage or product page or contact you by email If there are special circumstances (such as public holidays, out of stock, or other). 

WE SHIP FROM CHINA

Products in our store are shipped from China by default. China is the world's largest manufacturer. We have a complete supply chain in China and have own design team and our Muslim review team, which ensure that we can provide products with high quality and favorable prices.

SUITABLE DELIVERY TIME

We try our best to provide the best courier services to make sure your items arrive in the quickest possible time.  Delivery time varies by destination country, usually ranging from 3 days to 20 days.

For the United States, most European countries, Australia, Canada, the delivery time is about 7~13 days. 

AFFORDABLE SHIPPING COST

Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the destination country. We do our best to provide fast and cheap shipping.

To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart and proceed to the checkout page. Shipping charges will be displayed before you complete your order.

TRACK YOUR ORDER

After your order is placed, you will receive an email confirming your order. You will also continue to receive updates throughout the process, including when your order has shipped and when it has been delivered. Tracking numbers are provided on all orders — this will be sent to you with your shipping confirmation email. If you do not receive these emails, please check your spam folder, and contact us via salam@my-dina.com. 

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

Customers are responsible for accurately providing their shipping address during the order process. If you enter an incorrect shipping address, you must resolve the issue directly with the courier. We cannot be held responsible for any shipping issues that arise after the order is placed. It is the your responsibility to address any discrepancies with the courier. 

LOST PACKAGES

Sometimes you may need to go to your local post office to pick up your package. This usually happens when no one is at home to accept an item that doesn't fit in your mail box, but it can also happen if the mail carrier does not knock or ring the door bell to see if someone is home.

Please note that if the package tracking shows as delivered, we is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. In such cases, you may be eligible for a shipping refund or insurance reimbursement (if the package includes insurance).
