Shipping & Delivery
1. Do you offer free shipping?
YES! We offer free shipping on orders over $100 for most of countries.
2. Where do you ship to?
We ship to the most countries around the world! We have customers from all over the world, the main customers are in the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Canada, etc.
3. Where do you ship from?
We ship from China. China is the world's largest manufacturer. We have a complete supply chain in China and have our own design team and muslim review team, which ensure that we can provide products with high quality and favorable prices.
4. How long does shipping take?
We try our best to provide the best courier services to make sure your items arrive in the quickest possible time.
Delivery time varies by shipping country, usually ranging from 3 days to 20 days. For the United States, most European countries, Australia, Canada, the delivery time is about 7~12 days.
5. When do you ship after I place the order?
Normally, we will ship the goods within two working days. We will post a notice on the homepage or product page or contact you by email If there are special circumstances (such as public holidays, out of stock, or other).
6. How about the shipping cost?
Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the destination country. We do our best to provide fast and cheap shipping.

8. Did my order go through?

9. What if there is a problem with my order?

12. Can I cancel an order?
Sure! Just notify us as soon as possible and we can cancel it for a full and immediate refund if the order is not shipped.
We are unable to cancel your order if it has shipped, and we will then treat the cancellation as a return instead.
